We publish travel information and give free advice on planning a trip: which islands, stays, transfers and activities may suit you, and who provides them.

We do not take bookings, we do not sell package holidays and we do not accept payments for travel services. You book and pay for everything, including accommodation, directly with the provider.

Sending an enquiry is free and does not commit you to anything. It does not create a booking or any contract with a provider.

Once we have your enquiry, you choose how to continue: either we give you a provider's contact and you get in touch yourself, or, if you ask us to, our team passes your enquiry and the necessary contact details to Richard, Risan or a specific provider.

Before we pass anything on, we agree with you who will receive it and which details will be shared. Sending an enquiry alone is not consent to share your details with anyone.

Your contract for accommodation, transfers, guiding, activities or any other service is made directly between you and the provider, under that provider's own terms.

The provider is responsible for its availability, prices, payment terms, cancellations and the performance of its service. Complaints about a service should go to the provider who supplied it.

Prices and practical information on this website are indicative. They often come from public sources or from providers and can change. Always confirm the current price, availability and conditions with the provider before you book.

We do not charge cancellation fees and we set no payment terms of our own, because we take no bookings or payments.

Our advice is free. We may earn a commission from some providers and partner platforms, for example when you book through an affiliate link on this website. You pay no extra fee to us for this.

Our current affiliate partners are Agoda (accommodation search), and, through Travelpayouts, Kiwi.com (flights), Klook (activities), Airalo (eSIM) and EKTA (travel insurance). When you book through our Agoda links, we may earn a commission from Agoda at no extra cost to you. Your booking is made directly with Agoda.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law, or our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

If a dispute arises between you as a consumer and us under a contract for the provision of services which cannot be settled by agreement and which falls within the remit of the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, you may submit a request for its out-of-court resolution to the ČOI (www.coi.gov.cz).

Disputes with a provider follow the rules that apply to that provider.

We may update these terms when our service changes. The version date at the top shows which version applies. A new version does not retrospectively change rights and obligations already agreed.
